Knee massager: setup, charging, and how to use it
Charge it fully before the first session, then fasten it on your knee. Vibration, heat, and red light each have their own button.
What's in the box
The massager and a Type-C charging cable. Use your own 2A USB wall adapter. If something else looks missing, it was not part of the kit.
1× knee massager
Vibration, heat, and red light, with a touch panel on top and a Velcro strap that wraps the knee.
1× Type-C charging cable
Plugs into the jack on the unit. Connect the other end to a 2A USB wall adapter. Keep this cable. It is the one the device is designed for.
Ordered more than one? Each massager comes with its own Type-C cable.
Charge it for 3 to 4 hours before the first use
The massager has a built-in 3000mAh battery. It needs a full charge before the first session, then a top-up whenever the battery light flashes.
Use a 2A USB adapter
Plug the Type-C cable into the jack on the massager, then into a 2A USB wall adapter. Laptop ports, car chargers, and weak hubs often cannot deliver enough current, which is the usual reason a unit seems not to charge.
Rated input is DC 5V, 2A. Rated power is 10W.
First charge: about 3 to 4 hours
Charge the massager fully before the first use. Leave it plugged in for the full 3 to 4 hours.
3 to 4 hours, first timeDo not run the battery flat
When the battery light flashes, charge it. Running it until it dies shortens the life of the battery.
Charge when the light flashesDry hands, seated cable
Do not plug or unplug the cable with wet hands. Push the Type-C plug fully into the jack. If it will not charge, try another wall outlet and another 2A adapter before assuming the unit is faulty.
Still nothing after a full charge?
If it is fully charged and a long press on the power button still does nothing, email your order number and a short video of what happens when you press power. Manufacturing defects are covered by the 1-year warranty.
If it sits unused
Charge it about once a month so the battery does not sit empty. Do not open the housing, and do not throw the unit in household trash. It contains a lithium battery and should be recycled as electronic waste.
How to use it in a session
Fasten it on the knee, long-press power, then use the three buttons. A session runs about 10 minutes, then the unit switches to standby.
Fasten it on the knee
Place the massager on the knee, fasten the strap, and pull it snug against the joint, close to the fixed belt. You should be sitting. Do not lie down on it or sit on top of it.
Long-press power to turn it on
Hold the power button. It starts in automatic vibration, low heat, and red light on. A beep confirms the touch.
Long press to power on or offShort-press to change each mode
Vibration cycles auto, low, high, then off. Heat cycles low, medium, high, then off. Low heat is about 45°C. High heat is about 55°C. Red light turns on and off. The indicator lights turn white for the level you selected.
Let the 10-minute timer finish
When the timer ends, the massager goes to standby. Press power again if you want another session. Long-press power to turn it off. Hold power after you stop so it shuts down cleanly, then let it cool before you pack it away.
About 10 minutes per sessionDo
- Sit while you wear it, with the strap snug but comfortable
- Start on low heat and automatic vibration until you know how it feels
- Use it around the same time each day
- Charge it when the battery light flashes
- Stop if the knee feels too hot or the session is uncomfortable
Don't
- Lie on it, sit on it, or use it while you sleep
- Exercise hard while you are wearing it
- Use it outdoors, in high heat, or in a very humid room
- Spill liquid on it, or plug the cable in with wet hands
- Push through sharp pain. Stop and check with a doctor
A sensible first month
Each run is about 10 minutes. If you want longer, start a second session after the first one ends. Use the room between 15°C and 35°C so the heat feels the way it should.
| When | Session | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Days 1 to 3 | One 10-minute session, low heat, automatic vibration | Warmth around the knee and a light massage. Stop if it feels too hot. |
| Days 4 to 10 | One session a day, heat and vibration where they feel useful | The knee often feels less tight after you have been on your feet. |
| Week 2 to 3 | Once or twice a day, still about 10 minutes each | People usually notice the difference most after a long day of standing. |
| Week 4 onward | Daily, whenever the knee feels tired or stiff | Keep the habit that you will actually do. The timer will stop the unit for you. |
Best time of day
Evening suits most people, after a day on their feet and before bed. If mornings are the stiff part of your day, use it then instead. The time you will actually repeat is the right one.
Care & storage
Wipe it dry, keep it out of the sun, and do not open the housing.
Keep it happy
- Turn it off, then wipe the shell with a soft dry cloth
- Let it cool before you put it in a bag
- Store it away from children, humidity, heat, and direct sun
- Charge it about once a month if you are not using it
- Coil the Type-C cable loosely
Avoid
- Wet cloths, running water, thinner, or gasoline on the shell
- Pushing anything into the gaps of the massager
- Drops, heavy loads, or hard shaking in a bag
- Opening, repairing, or modifying the unit yourself
- Throwing it in the trash. Recycle the lithium battery as e-waste
Safety & who should check with a doctor first
Talk to your doctor before using it if you
you are in early pregnancy or have just given birth; you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device; you have heart disease; you have a malignant tumor; you have metal, silicone, or plastic in the knee from a fracture or surgery; you have nerve or skin sensation problems, including from diabetes; you have scars on the knee and reduced feeling; you do not sense heat well; or you have osteoporosis, a severe fracture, a sprain, or acute pain. Those last conditions should only be used with a doctor’s guidance.
Stop using it and seek advice if
you get severe pain during a session, or you notice a mechanical failure or anything that does not sound or feel normal. Turn the massager off and contact us.
This is not a medical device and it is not for medical treatment. Do not use it while asleep. Do not immerse it, open it, or throw it in a fire. The lithium battery inside can be dangerous if it is damaged.
